If all the student pieces were compared, each one would be different from another. That's because each of our paintings have an underlying meaning to them and all those meanings are different. Our paintings, drawings, or whatever, are our perspective. That right there is what inspires me. I get to share my perspective with people in a way I never could before. I paint and draw to show how I'm feeling, and maybe someday people will understand that they will never be able to truly understand. I had a piece of wood that was already painted black so I used that for the fill of the letters adding some other colors for depth. Then I painted the outline of the letters and then I painted the background. The meaning of my artwork is that I have anger inside of me and nobody knows how much it consumes me. I will never be mentally bare for anyone and show them the real me, because I don't want to hurt people as much as I have hurt myself.
